It is a drive of about 1.5 hours from Munich to Salzburg. Experience the beauty of Salzburg, home of Mozart and the Sound of Music.
You will start with a tour of the city including Sound of Music locations and a lot of Salzburg's history. The tour of the city includes Salzburg's best viewpoint, Mirabell Gardens, the old town, Leopoldskron castle (von Trapp house), and Hellbrunn castle (sixteen going on seventeen). After a stop at the Sound of Music Gazebo at Hellbrunn, the drive continues to the Lake district of Salzburg.
